Revision Policy

AHFAS Technology provides revisions according to the selected service package. Customers receive unlimited free revisions as long as the original theme and layout remain unchanged.

The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48–72 hours.

Turnaround Time

AHFAS Technology maintains an average turnaround time of 48–72 hours for most web development services. This timeframe applies to a single iteration and not the full project duration.

Typical timelines include:

  • Orders or revisions placed on Monday are delivered by Wednesday
  • Orders or revisions placed on Friday are delivered by Tuesday

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Payments are non-refundable after approval of the initial website design or once revision requests are submitted, unless AHFAS Technology terminates the contract for reasons other than customer breach.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requested before initial layout delivery qualifies for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee
  • Refund requested within 48 hours of initial delivery qualifies for a 66% refund minus a 10% processing fee
  • Refund requested within 48 to 120 hours qualifies for a 33% refund minus a 10% processing fee
  • No refunds are issued after 120 hours of initial layout delivery
  • No refunds are issued once final files are delivered
  • No refunds apply if no action was taken on an order for 30 consecutive days
  • No refunds apply after website development is completed or once the website is live
  • Refunds are not applicable once a storyboard has been designed for video services
  • Refund requests must be valid and align with the original project brief
  • Domain, hosting, SSL, SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and similar services are not covered under the money-back guarantee

Once a refund is processed, AHFAS Technology retains full ownership rights to all design files, and the client may not use them.

My Account

Clients are responsible for checking their account dashboard for updates, notifications, and delivery information. Failure to review account updates cannot be used as a basis for requesting refunds or disputes.

Communication Policy

All official communication must be conducted through info@ahfastechnology.com. AHFAS Technology is not responsible for communications made through unofficial or third-party channels.

Quality Assurance Policy

AHFAS Technology ensures that all designs and layouts meet the agreed project requirements. Revisions are provided until client satisfaction, subject to package limitations.

Unlimited revisions are offered to ensure complete satisfaction in accordance with the selected service package.

Delivery Policy

Completed orders are delivered through the client’s account dashboard. Websites are launched only after full payment has been received.

Rush orders require prior coordination with customer support.

Website Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment and project finalization, clients receive ownership rights to the finalized website. All revision materials, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of AHFAS Technology.

Domain Registration & Transfer

Domains registered through AHFAS Technology cannot be transferred within the first 12 months of registration.

Content Creation & Population

Content creation or population services are only included if specifically purchased. This may include:

  • Custom-written content prepared specifically for the client
  • Stock images purchased with client approval
  • Product or service details provided by the client

NDA & Reputation Management

AHFAS Technology does not disclose client information to unauthorized parties. Both the client and AHFAS Technology agree not to engage in defamatory actions or statements after project completion.

Record Maintenance

AHFAS Technology maintains records of project deliveries, communications, and approvals for quality and accountability purposes.

Customer Support

Customer support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After-hours inquiries must be submitted through the client dashboard.

Technical Support Policy

AHFAS Technology provides basic technical guidance and deployment information but does not offer training or installation services.

Hosting

  • Hosting services are provided through a third-party provider
  • No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is included unless purchased separately

CMS

  • A user manual is provided upon delivery
  • No hands-on or live training is included

Email Setup

  • Email configuration settings are provided
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and third-party support are not included
  • Clients are responsible for applying configurations on their end
